New children enrolled in courses according to their age and current knowledge of the Tamil language. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.valluvantamil.org\/index.php\/registration-enrollment-instructions\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.valluvantamil.org\/index.php\/registration-enrollment-instructions\/\" target=\"_blank\">Here <\/a>is the step-by-step instructions to register for the coming academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next school year will continue with in-person learning for all classes at Rocky Run Middle School.  Classes will be held in two-sessions every Saturday, <strong>10:30 AM \u2013 12:30 PM<\/strong> (Morning Session), and <strong>01:30 PM \u2013 03:30 PM<\/strong> (Afternoon Session).&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.valluvantamil.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">registration link<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Registration Process guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>Minimum Age Requirement for Admission<\/strong><\/mark>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Junior-mazhalai class (\u0b87\u0bb3\u0bae\u0bb4\u0bb2\u0bc8 \u0bb5\u0b95\u0bc1\u0baa\u0bcd\u0baa\u0bc1) follows the county&#8217;s admissions policy, which requires a child to be 4 years old on or before September 30th of the current calendar year. However, to accommodate as many families as possible, an exception is being made for children born up to November 30th. Please note that, to ensure fair and consistent admissions, further exceptions beyond this date will not be granted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Session Selection<\/mark><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>During Registration, Parents can select either <strong>Morning session<\/strong> (10.30 AM to 12.30 PM) for <strong>Jr. Mazhalai <\/strong>to <strong>Nilai 8<\/strong> OR <strong>Afternoon session<\/strong> (1.30 PM to 3.30 PM) for <strong>Jr. Mazhalai<\/strong> to <strong>Nilai 8<\/strong>. Slots are first come first served only. You will be placed on the waiting list if the session is full.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Limited admission<\/mark><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Each session will be limited to 400 students per session due to parking issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Waiting list<\/mark><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>If a requested session (e.g. Afternoon session) is full, we encourage the parents to do registrations for the alternate available session (e.g: Morning session). However, if the alternate session does not work for you, please register in the preferred session in <strong>WAITING LIST<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VTA will analyze all waiting lists and work on the class assignment during the 3rd week of August.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we are unable to allocate your preferred session, you have the option to request for Withdrawal of enrollment as per VTA policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Class Assignment &amp; Communication<\/mark><\/strong>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Only after the registration and payment through Paypal are completed successfully<\/strong>, the students will be assigned to classes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>All registered members will get an e-mail in late<strong> August<\/strong> about the <strong>first day of school and orientation program<\/strong> to explain the school operations.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>New members<\/strong> of Valluvan Tamil Academy for the current year will also be getting an e-mail with details on accessing the VTA site\/forums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Existing members<\/strong> can continue to access the VTA site\/forum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Withdrawal and Refund policy<\/mark><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Withdrawal requests received before September 20th of the current school year, the student fee will be refunded in full after the deduction of applicable PayPal fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Withdrawal requests received after September 20th and before September 30th of the current school year,&nbsp;the student fee will be refunded after the deduction of book fees and applicable PayPal fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Withdrawal requests received after September 30th of the current school year, the student fee will not be refunded.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All refunds will be refunded back to the original method of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Valluvan Tamil Academy runs entirely by Volunteers.
