குறிப்பு:
- உறுப்பினர்கள் முதலில் உணவை உணவகத்தில்(Cafeteria) ஒப்படைத்துவிட்டு→ மாணவர்களின் தமிழ்க் கண்காட்சியை (Tamil Fair) கண்டு களிக்கவும் → பின்னர் உணவகத்திற்கு வந்து அருசுவை உணவு அருந்தி → அதன் பிறகு Lecture Hall-ல் நிகழ்ச்சிகளை கண்டு களிக்க அன்புடன் வேண்டுகிறோம்..
- பதிவு மேசையில் (Registration Desk) இருந்து ஸ்டாம்ப் புத்தகம் / ராஃபிள் டிக்கெட் பெற்றுக்கொள்ளவும். அதில் உங்கள் பெயரை எழுதவும் → தமிழ் கண்காட்சியின் ஒவ்வொரு அறையிலும் ஸ்டாம்ப் பெறவும் → முழுமையாக ஸ்டாம்ப் செய்யப்பட்ட புத்தகத்தை தமிழ் கண்காட்சி ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர் அல்லது முன் மேசை தன்னார்வலரிடம் ஒப்படைக்கவும். நிகழ்ச்சி முடிவில் ராஃபிள் டிரா நடைபெறும்.

தமிழர் திருநாள் விழா – கூட்டாஞ்சோறு (Pot Luck).
பகிர்ந்து உண்ணும் மரபு, நம் தமிழ் மரபு. அனைவரும் இதில் பங்கெடுத்து உணவுகளை பகிர்ந்து உண்ண,
பதிவு செய்தவர்கள் தவறாமல் உணவை உரிய நேரத்தில் (10:30 – 11:00 am)எடுத்து வருமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். ஏற்கனவே உணவு பதிவு செய்தவர்கள் அதை கடைசி நேரத்தில் நீக்க வேண்டாம், உங்கள் வாக்குறுதியை நம்பி வருபவர்களை உணவளித்து மகிழ்வோம்
(Large tray size – Minimum 32 – 40 cups) (1 Cup = 250ml)
நாம் எதிர்பார்ப்பதை விட அதிகமான நபர்கள் வருவதால் நீங்கள் பதிவு செய்த உணவின் அளவு குறையாமல் எடுத்து வருமாறு பணிவன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

தமிழர் திருநாள் விழாவில் நீயா நானா நிகழ்வில் பங்குபெற விரும்பும் பெற்றோர்கள்/ஆசிரியர்கள்/தன்னார்வலர்கள்.
தொழில்முனைவோருடன் மாணவர்கள் சந்திப்பு & உரையாடல் அழைப்பு
VTA பழைய மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் தற்போது பள்ளியில் படிக்கும் 14 வயது நிரம்பிய மாணவர்கள் அனைவரையும் சிறப்பு Meet & Greet with Entrepreneurs நிகழ்விற்கு அன்புடன் அழைக்கிறோம்.
இந்த நிகழ்வு, பல்வேறு வணிக மற்றும் தொழில் துறைகளில் சாதனை படைத்த நிபுணர்களுடன் பழைய மாணவர்கள் அர்த்தமுள்ள தொடர்புகளை உருவாக்குவதற்காக வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தொழில்முனைவோர் தங்கள் பயணம், சவால்கள் மற்றும் வெற்றிகளை பகிர்ந்து, இளம் தலைமுறைக்கு ஊக்கமளிக்கும் மதிப்புமிக்க பார்வைகளை வழங்குவார்கள்.
இது ஒரு தனித்துவமான VTA மாணவர்கள் வாய்ப்பு:
- நிகழ்கால வாழ்க்கை அனுபவங்களிலிருந்து கற்றுக்கொள்ள

Note:
1) Members should drop the food at cafeteria -> Visit the Tamil fair -> Come back to cafeteria, have lunch -> Assemble in the lecture hall.
2) Collect the stamp book/raffle ticket from the registration desk – Should write their name on that -> Get it stamped in every Tamil Fair room and handover the stamped book to the Tamil fair coordinator or the volunteer at front desk. We will be doing raffle towards the end of the program.
