நாளையிலிருந்து பதிவு செய்யும் குழந்தைகள் காத்திருப்போர் பட்டியலில் (Waiting list) வைக்கப்படுவார்கள். அந்த பட்டியலிலுள்ள அனைவரும் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளப்படுவார்கள் என்று உத்திரவாதம் இல்லை. இடம் இருப்பின் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட வரிசையின்படி அனுமதிக்கப்படுவார்கள்.
