• பள்ளிக்குக் குறித்த நேரத்தில் வருமாறு அனைவரையும் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம். மாணவர்களை விட்டு விட்டு உடனே செல்லாமல், வகுப்பில் காத்திருக்கவும். பெற்றோர்/ஆசிரியர் இல்லாமல் மாணவர்கள் வகுப்பறையில் தனியே இருப்பது கூடாது.   

• மாணவர்களின் முழுப் பெயரைத் தமிழில் உள்ளிடுமாறு அனைவரையும் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம். ஆண்டு விழாவுக்கான போட்டிகளில் பதிவு செய்யவும் மற்றும் ஆண்டு இறுதியில் வழங்கப்படும் சான்றிதழ்களில் சரியான பெயர் இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்யவும் இது அவசியம். தயவுசெய்து மாணவர்களின் முழுப்பெயர் – சான்றிதழ்களில் காட்டப்படும்படி (ஆங்கிலம் மற்றும் தமிழ்) – சரியாக உள்ளதை உறுதிப்படுத்திக் கொள்ளுங்கள்.

• https://my.valluvantamil.org/ தளத்தில் தமிழ்ப்பெயரை உள்ளிட வேண்டும். குறிப்பு: தமிழ்ப்பெயரை உள்ளிட்ட பிறகே மற்ற விசயங்களை உங்களால் செய்ய முடியும். ஆண்டுவிழாப்போட்டிகள் பதிவு செய்ய இது அவசியம். ஆகவே கூடியவிரைவில் சரியான தமிழ்ப்பெயரை உள்ளிடவும். 

• இலௌடன் கவுண்டி கம் ஸ்பிரிங் நூலகத்தில் தமிழ் நூல்கள் வழங்கப்படும் தொடக்க விழா – டிசம்பர் 15 மாலை 3:30-5 மணிக்கு. நாட்காட்டியில் குறித்துக் கொள்ளுங்கள். 

• வகுப்புகளுக்கு ஆசிரியர்கள் தேவை இன்னும் இருக்கிறது. உதவுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறோம்.  ஆர்வம் உள்ளவர்கள் தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள் – ஆசிரியர் குழு 

• சிறப்பு வகுப்புகள் (விளையாட்டுகள், வினாடிவினாக்கள்) நடத்த உதவி தேவை. உதவி செய்ய ஆர்வம் உள்ளவர்கள் தொடர்பு கொள்ளுங்கள் – சிறப்பு வகுப்புகள் குழு

• இவ்வாண்டு பாட நூல்/பயிற்சி நூல்களைப் பற்றிய தங்கள் கருத்துகளை (திருத்தங்கள்/மாற்றங்கள்), தயவுசெய்து இந்தப் படிவத்தில் பதிவு செய்யுங்கள்.

• படங்கள்/காணொளி எடுப்பதில் ஆர்வம் இருக்கிறதா? பள்ளியின் ஒளி/ஒலி குழுவுக்கு உதவுங்கள்

• நமது பள்ளி  ஆண்டு மலர் புத்தகத்திற்கான படங்கள் மற்றும் கட்டுரைகளைச் சேகரிக்க ஒரு குழுவை உருவாக்குகிறோம். இந்தக் குழுவில் தன்னார்வத் தொண்டு செய்ய நீங்கள் ஆர்வமாக இருந்தால், தயவுசெய்து ஆண்டுமலர்க் குழு  முகவரிக்கு மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்புங்கள்.

• Requesting everyone to come to school on time. Parents, please stay in the room until the teacher arrives. NO students are allowed in the classroom without an adult present.

• Requesting all parents to enter your child’s name in TAMIL to ensure we have the correct spelling for cultural competition registrations & year-end certificates. (*How to instructions are below)

• Save the date for Tamil Books Inauguration at Gum Spring Library on Dec 15th, 3.30 PM to 5 PM. 

• Calling for more teachers for both sessions! If you can help please send an email to teacher committee 

• We are also looking for volunteers in conducting special combined classes with creativity and fun ideas. If you can help, please sign up Special Combined Session Team

• Please record your feedback (changes/corrections) about this year’s course books using the feedback form.

• We are forming a team to collect pictures and articles for our school yearbook. If you are interested in volunteering for this team, please send an email to volunteers 

• Love taking pictures/video want to be part of school media team, please volunteer at Multimedia Team. 

• * Please make sure we have your child official name in both English and Tamil and as to how you want them to be displayed on the certificates/letters.

• Parents log in to My Valluvan. As soon as you log in, a pop window will come up to enter the information. Unless you enter the information you are not able to go to any other screens within the site. It is absolutely essential to finish this task before you register your child for any cultural competition events. (PS: You can use google translate or Tamil Font keyboard and type your child’s name and copy paste Tamil name into the field.)

• We are still in need of volunteers at all the committees.  Please sign up @ Volunteer sign up especially for the logistics team and class parent team .  Gentle reminder it is mandatory to do 20 hours of volunteer time to all members.

This week we visited Mazhalai –  Marudham (morning) and kuRinji (evening).  Morning class was singing Indian anthem and evening class was practicing speaking one on one with the teacher in Tamil.

It was a constructive week with the teacher committee, cultural committee, and parent committee meeting. If you missed the meeting, please contact the respective committee to get an update of the discussion. Here is a glimpse of the events.

2. We kindly request all of Nilai Parent helpers/Parent committee volunteers to help the teachers with the check-in/check-out process to ensure we are returning the classes as we received it post Tamil school. Some of the main tasks include

1. Take pictures of before and after to compare and ensure we put back the desks/chairs in the original position. Please avoid using the teacher’s table.

2. Ensure the blackboard/whiteboard is clean without any traces of use. 

3. Make sure no one touches/takes anything from the teacher’s table in particular.

3. PARKING is allowed only in designated spots inside the school and/or on the street. 

1. Parking is limited for the afternoon session. We highly recommend carpool to avoid parking traffic.

2. STRICTLY No Parking in “NO PARKING ZONES/RESIDENTIAL BUILDING SPOTS”.
