மாணவர்களிடையே வாசிப்புப்பழக்கத்தை ஊக்குவிக்கும் விதமாக, தமிழ் வாசிப்புப்பதிவு நம் இணையத்தளத்தில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது <my.valluvantamil.org/v2>. மாணவர்களை நாள்தோறும் தமிழ் நூல் வாசித்து அதைப் பதிவு செய்ய ஊக்குவியுங்கள். இளைய மாணவர்கள் தமிழ்நூல்களைப் பெற்றோர்கள் உதவியுடன் வாசித்து அதைப் பதிவு செய்யலாம். ஆண்டு இறுதியில் அதிக நிமிடங்கள் வாசித்த மாணவர்களுக்குப் பரிசு வழங்கும் திட்டங்கள் யோசனையில் உள்ளன. தங்கள் மாணவர்களைப் படிக்க ஊக்கப்படுத்துங்கள். வாசிப்புப்பதிவு இணைப்பு இங்கே <my.valluvantamil.org/v2>. ஒவ்வொரு மாணவருக்கும் கீழே தோன்றும் நூல் இணைப்பின் மூலம் அவர்கள் வாசித்த விவரங்களைப் பதிவு செய்யலாம். உதவி தேவைப்பட்டால் தொழில்நுட்பக்குழுவை அணுகுங்கள்.

Please make sure we have your child’s official name in both English and Tamil and as to how you want them to be displayed on the certificates/letters. –
Parents log in to My Valluvan <my.valluvantamil.org/>. As soon as you log in, a pop window will come up to enter the information. Unless you enter the information you are not able to go to any other screens within the site. It is absolutely essential to finish this task before you register your child for any cultural competition events. (PS: You can use google translate or Tamil Font keyboard and type your child’s name and copy paste Tamil name into the field.)

Parents log in to My Valluvan <my.valluvantamil.org/>. –
Go to “Your info” tab and click on “Event Registration”

Once in this page, review the list of competitions that already show up for each of your child registered with VTA for this school year. The list of competitions are pre-filtered based on the category your child will participate in (Category is based on student’s age). –
Register your child for each of the competitions by providing all mandatory required fields otherwise you will be unable to submit the registration.

Reading Log – Tamil Reading
To encourage Tamil reading, Reading Log feature <my.valluvantamil.org/v2> has been added to VTA website by our Technology team. Please encourage students to read a Tamil book every day and record that here <my.valluvantamil.org/v2>. Use the book icon that appears under each student after logging in. There are plans in consideration to give prizes for top readers at the school year end. Lower level students can also read with parents and record that. If you need any help, please contact technology team <technology@valluvantamil.org>.
