இந்த வாரம் (பிப்ரவரி 22) தமிழ் வகுப்புகள் ஸ்டோன் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளியில் வழக்கம் போல நடைபெறும்.

மார்ச் 7th 2020 வகுப்புகள் இல்லை , அதற்கு பதிலாக மார்ச் 8th 2020 தமிழ் வகுப்புகள் நடைபெறும்.

Regular Classes will be held at Ormond Middle School this week.

Please note the following in regards to school dates: –
March 7th : No School. Instead we will be having school on March 8th Sunday. –
March 21st: No School. Tamil Bee Competition will be held on this day.

Parents log in to My Valluvan <my.valluvantamil.org/>. –
Go to “Your info” tab and click on “Event Registration”
–
Once in this page, review the list of competitions that already show up for each of your child registered with VTA for this school year. The list of competitions are pre-filtered based on the category your child will participate in (Category is based on student’s age). –
Register your child for each of the competitions by providing all mandatory required fields otherwise you will be unable to submit the registration.

வாசிப்புப் பதிவு/ Reading Log
நம் இணையத்தளத்தில் அறிமுகம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள வாசிப்புப் பதிவு பகுதியில் பல மாணவர்கள் ஆர்வத்துடன் தமிழ் நூல்களைப் படித்துப் பதிவு செய்து வருகிறார்கள்.
கீழ்க்கண்ட மாணவர்கள் அதிக நேரம் படித்துள்ளனர். அந்த மாணவர்களுக்கும், ஊக்கப்படுத்தும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும், அவர்களுக்கு உதவி செய்யும் பெற்றோர்களுக்கும் வாழ்த்துகள்.
அனைத்து மாணவர்களும் தினந்தோறும் தமிழ் நூல்களைப் படித்துப் பதிவு செய்யுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். ஆண்டு இறுதியில் பரிசு காத்திருக்கிறது. (Login to my.valluvantamil.org –> Volunteer Hours –> Click on book icon under student)
தமிழ் இணையக் கல்விக்கழகத் தேர்வுகள் பதிவு செய்யும் வழிமுறைகள்/ TVA exam registering instructions

Please complete and provide form/payment ASAP.

All students need to register online at TVA website <www.tamilvu.org/ta/%E0%AE%AE%E0%AE%BE%E0%AE%A3%E0%AE%B5%E0%AE%B0%E0%AF%8D%20%E0%AE%9A%E0%AF%87%E0%AE%B0%E0%AF%8D%E0%AE%95%E0%AF%8D%E0%AE%95%E0%AF%88%E0%AE%AA%E0%AF%8D%20%E0%AE%AA%E0%AE%9F%E0%AE%BF%…> to get TVA ID. Students who already wrote the TVA exam before, can use the same TVA ID obtained before. No need to register again. –
All students need to submit the physical application form (see attached) with Photo. See instructions for filling the form below. –
All students need to submit a check payment of $20 (payable to Valluvan Tamil Academy) –
All students need to provide 2 IDs for name proof (This can be any ID with a student’s name. VTA can provide one student ID).
Instructions for filling the form:
1) Write the name in English and Tamil. Make sure this is correct and also consistent with the VTA registered name.
2) Student id is the TVA ID received while registering online at TVA website.
3) Exam center – Valluvan Tamil Academy, Virginia, USA
4] Exam date – May-2020
5) Course – BA00 (Advanced exam), BM00(Intermediate) and BB00 (Basic)
6) Leave fees info blank
7) Address info required, so should be filled in with phone number
8) Student needs to sign
9) Attach Passport size photo of the student
