வள்ளுவன் தமிழ் மையம் 2020-2021 கல்வி ஆண்டில் உங்களை அன்புடன் வரவேற்கிறது. இந்த ஆண்டிற்கான சேவையை இனிதே தொடங்க நிர்வாகக் குழுவும், தன்னார்வலர்களும் கடினமாக உழைத்து வருகின்றனர். இந்த COVID காலத்தில், இணைய வழியிலான கல்விச் சேவையை மாணவர்கள், பெற்றோர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் எளிமையாக்க முயற்சிகள் எடுத்து வருகிறோம்.
வ த மை சார்ந்த அறிவிப்புகளையும், செய்திகளையும் உங்களுக்குச் சீரிய முறையில் வழங்க இந்தப் புதிய மின்வடிவத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்துகிறோம். நீங்கள் இதனைப் படித்துப் பயன்பெறுவீர்கள் என நம்புகிறோம்.
முக்கிய வகுப்பு ஒதுக்கீடு தகவல்
உங்கள் குழந்தைகளின் வகுப்பு விவரங்கள் செப்டம்பர் 2020 முதல் வாரம் மின்னஞ்சல் மூலமாக தெரிவிக்கப்படும்.
பெற்றோர் அனைவரும் கட்டாயம் செய்ய வேண்டியவை
அனைத்துப் பெற்றோர்களும் my.valluvantamil.org சென்று உங்கள் குழந்தைகளின் மின்னஞ்சல், முகவரி, தொலைபேசி எண் போன்ற தகவல்களைச் சரி பார்க்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். கூகிள் இணையவழி வகுப்பில் சேர இந்தத் தகவல்கள் சரியாக இருக்க வேண்டும். கூகிள் வகுப்புகளில் பங்கேற்க இந்த இணையப் பக்கத்தில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள வழிமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். குழந்தைகளுக்கெனத் தனியே ஒரு மின்னஞ்சல் இருப்பது அவசியம். அது பெற்றோர்களின் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியாக இருக்கக் கூடாது என்பதை நினைவில் கொள்க. தற்போதைய சூழல் காரணமாக, புத்தகங்கள் மற்றும் பிற பள்ளி பொருட்கள் அனைத்தும் அஞ்சல் வழியாக அனுப்பப்படும்.
புதிய உறுப்பினர்களின் கவனத்திற்கு
இணையத்தளத்தில் முதல் முறை நுழையும் உறுப்பினர்கள், “கடவுச்சொல்லை மறந்துவிட்டீர்களா” இணையத்தள இணைப்பு மூலம் கடவுச்சொல்லை அமைத்துக் கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப் படுகிறார்கள்.

இந்தக் கூட்டத்தில் இணைய வழி வகுப்புகளின் செயல்பாட்டு முறைகள் பற்றி முக்கியத் தகவல்கள் பகிர்ந்து கொள்ளப்படும். வ த மை நிர்வாகக் குழு மற்றும் அனைத்துக் குழு உறுப்பினர்களையும் சந்திக்கலாம்.
தொடர்ந்து பயணிக்கும் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு இரண்டு அமர்வுகளும், புது உறுப்பினர்களுக்குத் தனியான ஓர் அமர்வும் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. அந்த அமர்வுகளில் உங்கள் பங்கேற்பை signup genius மூலம் உறுதிப்படுத்த ஏற்பாடுகள் செய்து கொண்டிருக்கிறோம்.
மாணவர் சேர்க்கைப் பதிவு இன்னும் தொடர்கிறது
காலை வகுப்புகளில் இன்னும் இடங்கள் இருக்கின்றன. விரைவில் பதிவு செய்யுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். மாலை வகுப்புகள் நிரப்பப்பட்டுவிட்டன. இன்றைய நிலவரப்படி, 590 மாணவர்கள் பதிவு செய்துள்ளனர்.
Welcome to 2020-2021 Session
VTA welcomes you back to the 2020-2021 session. It has been a long summer, and volunteers have been working extra hard in preparing for the new 2020-2021 school year. Amid COVID-19 challenges, VTA is working to provide the best possible solution for a smooth beginning. VTA honestly believes that communication is the key to a successful educational experience. For that reason, VTA is attempting this clear and concise format and encourages parents to read the weekly communication without fail.
Mandatory Technology Updates

For Google Classroom access -This is important for the student to attend the online class.Please check on this page for the Instructions and FAQ for the online-class. Note – The student email should not be the same as the parents’ email address.
For mailing books – VTA has decided to mail all the books and supplies due to the current situation.
Please note, it is important to update your address and if the books are lost due to incorrect mailing address in the system, VTA will charge for additional copies.

Mandatory Parent Orientation

Our VTA team will meet and greet all the families, and our goal is to ensure that every parent and student will have a smooth transition for the online class. Due to the online attendance limit, VTA will conduct two sessions for existing members and one session exclusively for new members. We will shortly send out signup genius for each session, kindly RSVP.
Class placement Information
All class placement will be emailed to the members by 1 st week of September 2020.

Only the morning session is available, and the afternoon session is full. As of today, we have approximately 590 plus students registered.
