ஏற்கனவே பள்ளி நாள்காட்டியில் அறிவித்தபடி, –
இந்த வாரம் சனிக்கிழமை (05/23/2020) பள்ளி விடுமுறை (memorial day – அமெரிக்க இராணுவத்தில் பணியாற்றியபோது இறந்த வீரர்களை நினைவு கூரும் நாள்). –
இந்த ஆண்டுக்கான கடைசி பள்ளி நாள் ஜூன் 06,2020
இருப்பினும், சில வகுப்பு ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்கள் வகுப்புக்களை இந்த விடுமுறை நாட்களிலும் தொடர விருப்பம் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்கள். ஆதலால், உங்கள் மாணவர்களின் வகுப்பு அட்டவணையை (schedule) தயவுசெய்து அந்தந்த வகுப்பு ஆசிரியர்களிடம் இருந்து பெற்றுக் கொள்ளவும்.

பெற்றோர் கருத்தாய்வு (Parent’s Survey) – மின்னஞ்சல் வழியாக அனுப்பப்பட்டு உள்ளது!!! நீங்கள் ஏற்கனவே உங்கள் கருத்துக்களைப் பதிவு செய்து இருந்தால், மிக்க நன்றி. இது நமது தமிழ்ப் பள்ளி. நமது தமிழ்ப் பள்ளியின் முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு உங்கள் கருத்து மிக முக்கியமானது. உங்களால் இயன்றவரை தங்கள் கருத்துகளை விரைவில் பதிவு செய்யவும். கடைசி நாள் மே 31,2020.

ஆண்டு புத்தக புகைப்படங்கள் 📸📸📸📸: முந்தைய ஆண்டு போல், பள்ளி ஆண்டு மலரில், அனைத்து வகுப்பு புகைப்படங்கள் (மாணவ, மாணவியர், ஆசிரியர்கள்) மற்றும் அனைத்து பள்ளிக் குழுக்களின் உறுப்பினர்களின் புகைப்படங்களை அச்சிட இருக்கிறோம். தற்போதைய சூழ்நிலையில், நாம் நேரில் சந்திக்க முடியாதலால், உங்கள் புகைப்படங்களை நமது இணையதளத்தின் மூலமாக பதிவேற்றம் செய்யும் வழிமுறையை நமது தொழில்நுட்பக் குழு அறிமுகப்படுத்தி உள்ளது. இந்த வழிமுறையின் உதவியுடன் உங்கள் புகைப்படங்களை (உறுப்பினர், துணை-உறுப்பினர் மற்றும் அனைத்து பள்ளி மாணவ/மாணவியர்கள்) மே 31ம் தேதிக்குள் பதிவேற்றம் செய்யுங்கள். மிகச் சிறப்பாக இதனைச் செயல்படுத்தும் தொழில்நுட்பக் குழு மற்றும் ஆண்டு மலர்க் குழு உறுப்பினர்களுக்குப் பள்ளியின் சார்பாக எங்கள் மனமார்ந்த நன்றி 🙏🙏🙏(புகைப்படம் பதிவேற்றச் செயல்முறைக்கு கீழே உள்ள வழிமுறைகளைப் பார்க்கவும்).

அடுத்த பள்ளி ஆண்டிற்கான (2020-2021) மாணவர் சேர்க்கை ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.. –
COVID-19 காரணமாக நமது பள்ளியின் செயல்பாடுகளில் ஏற்பட்ட மாற்றங்களால் இந்த ஆண்டு செலவு குறைந்துள்ளது (கடந்த இரண்டு மாதங்களாக ஸ்டோன் நடுநிலைப்பள்ளியில் வகுப்புகள் இரத்து, காவலருக்கு ஆகும் செலவு, ஆண்டுவிழா இரத்து). இதனால் பள்ளி நிர்வாகக் குழு அடுத்த கல்வி ஆண்டிற்கான கட்டணத்தைக் குறைக்க முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது. அதன்படி, (அ) கட்டண முறையை எளிதாக்க, குடும்பத்திற்கான ஆண்டு உறுப்பினர் கட்டணம் (Family Membership Fee) நீக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. (ஆ) ஒவ்வொரு மாணவருக்கான ஆண்டுக் கட்டணம் (புத்தகக் கட்டணம் உட்பட): –
சிறப்புத் தள்ளுபடிக் கட்டணம் (நூற்றி எண்பது டாலர் – $180.00) –
ஜூன் 30, 2020 வரை –
தள்ளுபடிக் கட்டணம் (இருநூற்று பத்து டாலர் – $210.00) –
ஜூலை 01, 2020 முதல் ஆகஸ்ட் 31, 2020 வரை –
வழக்கமான கட்டணம் (இருநூற்று நாற்பது டாலர் – $240.00) –
செப்டம்பர் 01, 2020 முதல் –
உங்கள் குழந்தைகளை அடுத்த கல்வி ஆண்டிற்குப் பதிவு செய்யும் போது, காலை (10:30am முதல் 12:30pm) அல்லது மாலை (01:30pm முதல் 03:30pm) வகுப்புகளில் பதிவு செய்து கொள்ளலாம். –
மிகக் குறைவான வகுப்பறைகள் மற்றும் குறைவான வாகன நிறுத்துமிடம் இருப்பதால், மொத்தம் 400 மாணவர்களே மாலை வகுப்புகளில் சேர்க்க இயலும். அதனால், உங்களுடைய குழந்தைகளை உடனடியாக வள்ளுவன் தமிழ் மைய இணையதளத்தின் <my.valluvantamil.org/vtauseradm/ui/existingmembers.faces> மூலம் பதிவு செய்யுமாறு வேண்டிக் கொள்கிறோம். –
தொழில்நுட்பக் குழு உதவியுடன், இந்த ஆண்டு வள்ளுவன் தமிழ் மைய மாணவ /மாணவியர்கள் அனைவரையும் அடுத்த கல்வி ஆண்டிற்கு ஏற்கனவே பதிவு செய்து, அதற்கான கட்டணத்தை செலுத்துவதற்கான படிவத்தை (இன்வாய்ஸ்) மின்னஞ்சல் வழியாக அனுப்பி இருந்தோம். உங்களுக்கு இந்த மின்னஞ்சல் வரவில்லையானால் தயவு செய்து help@valluvantamil.org என்ற முகவரிக்கு நீங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல் அனுப்பிச் சரி செய்து கொள்ளலாம். கட்டணத்தைச் செலுத்துவதற்கான படிவத்தில் உள்ளபடி, கட்டணத் தொகையை paypal வழியாக செலுத்தி உங்கள் பதிவை உறுதிப்படுத்திக் கொள்ளுங்கள். –
மற்ற காரணங்களால், உங்கள் பதிவை ரத்து செய்ய விரும்பினால், தயவு செய்து பள்ளியின் இணையதளத்தில் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ள “பள்ளிச்சேர்க்கை தகவல் <www.valluvantamil.org/index.php/our-school/admission-info/>” என்ற பக்கத்தைப் பார்க்கவும். –
இன்று வரை, அடுத்த ஆண்டு தமிழ்ப் பள்ளிக்கு 200+ மாணவர்கள் பதிவு செய்துள்ளார்கள்

இந்த பள்ளி ஆண்டுக்கான (2019-20) அனைத்து செலவுக்கணக்குகளை (Expense claim – VTA reimbursement <www.valluvantamil.org/index.php/first-page/volunteers/expense-reimbursement/> ) ஜூன் 06, 2020 க்கு முன் சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டிக்கொள்கிறோம்.

உதவிக்கு வரும் வள்ளுவன் தமிழ் மையக் குடும்பம் – நம் பள்ளியின் தன்னார்வலர்கள் கொரோனா கிருமி நிலவரத்தை முன்னிட்டு ஓர் அவசர கால உதவிக்குழுவை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளனர். இந்தக் கடினமான சூழலில் எவ்விதமான உதவி தேவைப்பட்டாலும் நம் இணையத்தளத்தில் அவசர கால உதவிக்குழுவை <www.valluvantamil.org/index.php/e911/> அணுகவும். –

As per VTA Schedule, No Class on Saturday 05/23/2020 and the Last School day for this year is June 06,2020. However, the class schedule is at the teacher’s discretion, so please check with our respective class teachers for the latest information.

Please check your inbox for Parents survey!!! Thanks to the parents who have participated in the Survey. It is Your Tamil School. Your feedback is vital for improving VTA. Please get involved by completing the survey ASAP by May 31, 2020.

Yearbook Photos: In the current situation, we will not be able to meet in person and take pictures of class students/teachers , committee members, board members & board advisors for the yearbook, we have introduced a photo upload feature to enable all VTA family members to upload pictures. Please upload the pictures by 5/31/2020.
Steps to upload the picture
Please login into my.valluvantamil.org and go to Volunteer Hours –> Account and click Image Icon on each member card for each member of the family. Please upload only relevant pictures to the respective family members – if you upload a random picture don’t worry – just reupload the picture.
Please follow the following instructions in regards to photo:
1. Submit a color photo, taken in the last 6 months
2. Use a clear image of your face. Do not use filters commonly used on social media.
3. Have someone else take your photo. No selfies.
4. Ensure no glare if wearing eyeglasses for your photo.
5. Use a plain white or off-white background.

VTA 2020-2021 Registration is OPEN now !! The board has decided to bring forward the unused funds associated with “facilities, safety officers, and annual day expenses” in consideration of this year’s fee structure. After a close deliberation, the VTA board has decided to keep the fee structure simple by having only student fees (and removing family membership fee). –
Next school year, the early-bird promotional Annual fee will be $180 per student. The early bird promotion will end on June 30th (2020). There will be an increase of $30 per student from July 1st(2020) onwards and it will further increase by another $30 from September 1. Please note that Valluvan Tamil Academy enters long term classrooms use agreement with FCPS during June. –
During Registration, Parents can select either Morning session (10.30 AM to 12.30 PM) for Jr. Mazhalai to Nilai 5 OR Afternoon session (1.30 PM to 3.30 PM) for Jr. Mazhalai to Nilai 7. Slots are first to come first serve only. –
We will be limiting 400 students per session due to parking/classroom limitations. VTA School location will remain at Ormond Stone Middle School, 5500 Sully Park Dr, Centreville, VA 20120 <g.page/ValluvanTamil?share>. –
VTA has introduced auto-enrollment to smoothen the registration process for all existing students. All existing members should have received an invoice to complete the 2020-2021 enrollment. The enrollment will be completed by clicking the Paypal button on the invoice and the session placement is still on a first-come basis. –
